Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the information you share with Butterflies Nursery through this website.

What we collect

When you request a callback we collect your name, phone number, your child’s age group, what you would like to talk about and your preferred call time. We also record which page you sent the form from and, if present, the campaign that brought you to the site.

How we use it

We use these details only to call you back about your child’s place at the nursery. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep callback requests for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless your child joins the nursery.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email info@butterfliesnursery.ae or call us on 056 812 1210.

Cookies and analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and button clicks so we can improve the site. These do not identify you personally.
